Shipping & Delivery
All of our orders are shipped via Australia post with tracking. If any order is lost/damaged in transit we will re-send at our cost.

We value privacy and we will never share your information with another company/business.

Returns & Replacements
For returns there is a 20% re-stocking policy if the item is returned is a saleable condition. For faulty goods please get back to me within 14 days of delivery so we can work out a replacement or refund. All electronics items have a 1 year warranty.

We are currently a online only business to keep costs down. Please order in the online shop.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Mastercard and VISA which are processed via Paypal. For credit card payments you will be taken to the Paypal website where on the left you can enter your credit card details securely without having to sign up to Paypal. We also accept Paypal and bank transfer. Please use your order number on the bank transfer.
